Window Seals & Shower Pumps on 285

I have a 1989/90 285 and am having trouble with two things - finding a low profile pump for the shower pump-out (where are they supposed to go?) and a seal for my windows...the heat causes them to shrink out, and as with all other inquiries, Beneteau has been of no help whatsoever.

Minimal advise

I assume the shower will drain through the floor and run to the main bilge pump. Don't think you need a shower bilge pump...Don't understand seal problem. But my 1990 First 285 has Lewmar portlights for all the small windows, and maybe they are retrofit. My large windows are fixed plastic, and sealed up with silicone and bolted through about evey 6 inches...
