Windlass Recommendations

I sail a 1986 Hunter Legend 37. Would appreciate recommendations for brand and configuration of a windlass.

In order to get anywhere with this, you will need to post numerous pictures of your anchor locker both inside and out. Without this, no one will be able to tell you much unless someone with a 1986 Legend sees this and has installed a windlass.

If it looks anything like the anchor locker of a 1999 H-310, I installed mine about 15 years ago. This shows a Lewmar vertical V1 with 400 ft. of rode.
