Its hard to begin to tell you where to start without knowing what you hear, if anything when you try to operate the windlass and systematic steps you have already taken(check battery, breaker, voltage, etc.). Welcome to the forum, you will find lots of help here and congrats on the Cat350. When you get back to the boat check the windlass breaker and reset it if necessary, you may already know where it is, if not look below the nav station. Also, be sure the motor is in neutral and running @ about 1500 rpm. There are several youtube videos on troubleshooting. Do you have a maxwell 800?
