Windlass for Hunter 430

Hi Group, this is my first post so forgive me if I don't use proper protocols.
I am hoping someone can tell me what Anchor windlass will most easily replace the original windlass in my 1997 430. Kind of a plug and play version of sailboat repair. I would prefer not to have to make any modifications.
Any suggestions on minimum specs would be appreciated.

I can't suggest a replacement..... But that should be hard...I would like to know what is wrong with yours that can't be fixed??... Is it the motor or maybe the control box??
