Where can I find an inexpensive handheld meter to measure wind speed? I'm not looking for anything Hi-tech. A pin wheel with a guage is up my alley. It's for my kids to learn about wind ,weather and sailing.
hello alan, west marine has a hand held wind meter for about $14.00. i have one ,simple to use, no batteries, nothing to calabrate, just hold it in the wind and a little ball floting in the suction of the wind shows speed. john
