I haven't seen the Practical Sailor July-07 article on wind generator comparisons yet. I am comparing the Fourwinds II with the Rutland 913. Low noise and charging at low wind speeds are important in the decision. This would be to compliment solar panels while moored at Catalina Island, California. Any experience with the two brands?
