I have a oday25 1977 I have not seen another one with the same mast as mine , it has lader steps built on to the mast from the factory is this a defferant model / Is this boat consrtucted differantly?

Its not that hard to add steps. The previous owner may have added them. I doubt they came from the factory that way. Even very large boats don't come from the factory that way. I'm not sure I would even go up the mast on a 25 footer. Stability might be a problem.
