I need to recalibrate my ST60 wind. When they say do two or more circles are they big/small fast/slow? Tried twice but no indication to go to the next step. Any advice is great. Thanks

Apparently, the manual is so vague as to be wrong. Raymarine (via their forum) says that the linearization beeps only happen after resetting to the default settings, but that it doesn't matter because the system continually updates and linearizes as needed in the background.

Hopefully they fired their manual writer, because I too have spent one too many afternoons spinning my boat in circles before tracking down that forum post.

Swinging the compass is a thing for a Raymarine autopilot and compass.
Never heard of doing circles to calibrate the wind instrument. I think that you can adjust the degree if wind angle in the set up menu for some Raymarine wind instraments.
I think my wind transducer is mounted a little off center…but I am not sure how much to adjust it (if I can find the setting).
