Will I void the warranty if I pull the gum off?

Okay, I just bought this boat, and knew the cold mach didn't work, but the dealer told me it would be an easy fix. The problem is a hole in the evaporator. This I didn't know. I know it can't be repaired, so where do I get a new one and how much does it cost?

You should be able to come up with parts for about $100 from an outfit called Refrigeration Parts Soution in Berkeley, Ca. Telephone Number is 1-800-720-3907 and e-mail address is www.refparts.com. I have their catalog and they seem to have everything that you may need.

Do not remove the Tag

Remember never ever pull the tag off your pillow!! Doing so will automatically send the pillow police to your boat. You can purchase the evaporator from your local A/B dealer or direct from the factory. You will need to measure the size of the evaporator or better yet jot down the serial number from the unit.
