We are purchasing a new boat... Catalina 350. We are due to close on the financing this coming Saturday. We went to see the boat when it arrived at the marina a week ago, there was about 6 inches of snow on it. Everything looked fine at that time, given our limited view of the boat. Since then, another 2 feet of snow has dropped onto the boat. Our dilemma: Should we delay the closing date until the snow is off so we can get a better look at the boat? If there are damages, who should pay?The enclosed picture (if I can get this photo link to work) is of my wife and I, in the snow-covered cockpit before the big 2 ft of snow. Thanks,Jack
