I can't receive my marina wifi inside the boat, only on deck or in the cockpit. Is there an antenna I can use to bring the signal in and transmit it down below?

Check out things like the Bullet or Wiree AP. There are a number of fix mounted wifi antennas. There are also a number of small, temporary USB plug in devices.
