Everyone does a crap job at some point in their life.

How else are competent pros and marine towing companies going to make extra cash, if they aren't fixing DIY mistakes.

Could have been a union plumber under government contract. Worked in a newly built Fire Station once had 3 sinks in the head, none were plumbed right and yet no 2 were the same kind of wrong.
