I'm in my fifth season on the Chesapeake with my 1991 27 Hunter. At the end of last season I noticed she was listing to port setting at the pier. I didn't worry then as she was being pulled and I figured it was just a weight distribution issue. Went back in yesterday. She is still listing to port. No gear on board, rigging looks good, keel seemed fine. Not taking on any water. Any suggestions ???? Thanks JR earlr@usa.net

Fuel and/or water

I don't know the tank layout on your boat, but it could be the weight of fuel or water. Perhaps you need to store gear to compensate.

mine too

JR, I just bought my '93 H27 and put her into the water last week. She is leaning to port as well. Mine is the version with the outboard and that is where the outboard is. The fuel is in the center, the battery on the starboard side and no water. I don't think that the motor ways that much to make that much of a difference. What could it be? Dan
