We were heading up the bay past Newport UNDER A REEF on a very deep reach and totally wipped a newer 41' Beneteau. We don't race and only wanted to get by him a tack out of the way. (But it was fun) We also had the same experience with a delivery crew on a 44+ Beneteau, they tacked right in front of us when we tried to pass so we left them alone.(again under one reef) RREgge S/V Allie Kat
