Who Makes the Clam Shell Vent on the Stern of a 1991 Catalina 28

I have a 1991 Catalina 28. I am looking for the manufacturer and or part number for the clam shell vent on the port stern side. Mine broke and their is no name on it and it needs to be replaced. I have looked in several catalogs and can't find a similar one. Can anyone help? It holds a three inch duct for venting.

If it's the white one they are no longer

made, I replaced mine on a '94 270 with some from Catalina Direct a few years ago. Probably available elsewhere also, see the attached link.
