Who designed the 23.5?

I have a question about modifying what I believe is a design flaw in my 23.5 hull.

I know the original Hunter is out of business, but thought maybe it would be possible to contact the designer directly, if they are still sound.

Anyone know who designed that hull?

I'm fairly sure the water ballasted Hunters were designed by Rob Mazza. There was an article in Good Old Boat (where Mazza was Editor) about the H26.

I think that the early 23.5's were a Cortlan Steck (sp likely wrong) design
