White chaulky oxidizing deck situation

I've just purchased a 1983 H31, and noticed whatever that white non-slip material is that coats the deck and cabin top has appparently oxizidized from exposure. Running your hand over the surface covers your palm with a white chaulk like residue. I assume it simply needs some TLC, and was wondering if there's a certain "restorer" product that might be useful for such conditions, that would bring some life back to whatever this surface is composed of.

Scot: Contact Island Girl Products (buy them here on the website) about your problem. They have several products that you can use to clean up this problem. They are in the process of introducing a sealer that can be used on the non-skid area. Jim is quite helpful with these problems and should be able to point you in the right direction.
