Which way to go

I have stripped & prepared bottom for applying anti-fouling. I will be applying Intrelux 2000E followed by V17M.
Along with the bottom I also have cleaned thoroughly the hull sides as well. Removed all traces of wax. I need to wax the sides
My question is to know is it ok to do the bottom anti fouling first and then wax the sides or vice versa?

paint then wax. wax can be done in water.
