I'm looking at three different models of Spindrift.

I'm very new to sailing. My wife and I took lessons from the Chicago park District a few years ago which scared the daylights out of her. We went out in 8 foot waves. Seemed fine to me, but to her...no.
I've finally got her convinced it's not like that always, and that there are smaller lakes than Lake Michigan.
My main concern is
a)when/if I dump her in the water, which of these boats will I be able to get upright the easiest?
b)which will she feel most secure in?
c)is it true that they all have built-in flotation
d)is it also true that the masts have foam in them to prevent turtling?
e) how big of a deal is it to fix or replace foam if it needs it?
f) any input you all might have would be appreciated.
My brother is a fairly experienced sailor and says he will help me learn, so i at least won't be going at it blind
