Where to purchase mechanical components

I am in the process of purchasing an on the hard 1976 O'Day 27 that requires some maintenance.I would like some information on where to purchase the following components:1) Propeller shaft strut2) Foot plate under mast3) Parts to repair a loose rudder (can be lifted about 1-2 inches)4) Manuals on the wiring harness for this model of O'DayAny help will be greatly appreciated.Thanks
