WOW , you're even more OCD than I am. Cockpit floor boards ? ? ?

I never had much luck locating them so sprayed a bunch with a can of white enamel (when they were removed. Used temporary bare SS screws while painting). Actually lasted quite a while before replacing with next batch.

Never heard of powder coated stainless screws. Are you sure the base screw is stainless?

I think your best bet is to by the screws you want to use and take them to a powder coater and have them done. That's if you really want stainless screws powder coated...

If you do find them, for sure share the info!
