Peggy,Went on a teflon grease excursion. First stop was an auto parts store. They thought that they had heard of such a product, but didn't have it... strike one. This afternoon I went to the local BoatUS store and asked for SeaLube or Superlube. Found SeaLube which turned out to be a 4oz. bottle of liquid made by Wilcox-Crittendon to be used in the bowl- no list of ingredients, so I had no idea whether teflon was even in the bottle... strike two. However, I did find teflon grease in the trailer section. There is a teflon trailer hitch lubricant in a 4 oz. container made by Starbrite. Took a chance and bought a can for $6.99 It claims to be non-toxic.Continued on my quest and drove to WM. They had the same SeaLube product in a bottle and also had SuperLube which turned out to be a teflon spray similar to Sailkote... strike three. Can you help me out here? I want very much to follow your recommendation to grease the cylinder inside the plunger to prolong the life of the good old Groco HF, but noone I spoke with has any idea what the product is that you describe. The reps at both stores said that they would stock such an item if they could find it.Tom
