Where to buy Hunter 27 Port Lights?

Hello, I have a 1979 Hunter 27 and I am trying to find replacement port lights (side windows) for her. I need them replaced because the clips that hold them shut are mostly broken and they all leak like crazy when it rains. Plus they all have cracked frames and generally look like garbage. Does anyone know where I can buy replacements? I see that the store supported by this forum sells port lights for 1980's H27's but I'm not sure if they will fit my 79' or not. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
