Where to Buy Cushion Foam?

We're getting ready for season #2 on our '87 Oday 322, which we bought in very good condition, so the cushions have plenty of life left in them. But now we're making decisions about preferred sleeping berths and we'd like to make the salon area more comfortable (best view of the TV now custom mounted in the 'window' of the v-berth!) There is a center board insert that is used to make a full berth when the table is down, but the cushion that covers this is very thin and no one wants to roll over where it transitions (ouch). Our idea is to make a large cushion that covers the full area for our weekends on the bay. But I need to find a large piece of foam -- and have no idea where large foam is sold. We are DIY-er's and will cross the 'upholstery bridge' once we get to it. Thanks!

We found foam...

We found some at Joann Fabrics www.joann.com search for foam Urethane Foam from 0.5in to 4in thick. Our boat is use only on the weekends and the occational week trip in the summer. Otherwise the cusions are in the garage. The foam says for boat cusions.

Thanks Chris

Thanks for the tip -- I checked the web site and the widest roll is 24 inches, so I'm going to take some measurements to see how this might work. I'd prefer a one-piece over-cushion that would stay in place most of the time, so I'm hoping to find something wider if possible. But that may not be so practical!
