H23 parts can be had easily...

...by going to Hunter Marine's web site. They either have a hatch cover, or can tell you where to get it. Check their tech guy for the company that has the original H23 cushion patterns. They can give you a variety of fabric choices. If you still have your old cushions, and you feel like doing it "on the cheap" you might try a local sewing center. We got the foam locally (~ $200.00) and had a friend of our parents sew new covers ( ~$350.00 for material

New Cushions

Steve, Last fall I purchased new cushions for my 1986 H23 from: US YACHT CUSHINS 1344 20TH ST N, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33713 (727) 896-3284 They were the OEM for Hunter back then. All I had to provide them is my hull serial number. Four weeks later my new cushions (foam and upholstery) arrived. They have the patterns in their computerized cutting system. I spent about $725 including freight costs from Florida to Wisconsin. I had the choice of more than 10 different fabrics. Overall it was a painless, positive experience. Very satisfied.

Make Your Own

I see posts like yours so often. It is really easy and very inexpensive to build your own cushions and fabricate all of your covers with the help of Sailrite.com Checkout the photos of what I did to our boat with no previous experience.... Ron/KA5HZV
