Where is the line to raise the swing keel on hunter 19

I am new to the hunter 19. Can someone tell me the following:
1. Where is the line to raise/lower the swing keel?
2. When filling the water balast how do I know when it is filled before closing the seal?
3. where can i purchase a porta potty as the used 1995 boat was missing this item?
4. What is a safe cleaner for the sails?

ON the Hunter 19, for fuitire reference please indicate either year and/or water ballast as there use to be a 19 way back in the 80's which is totally different.

The uphaul or sometimes referred to as the cascade line is on the top of the deck port side of the companionway. If I am wrong, it will be on the starboard. Just look for a line that exits beneath the mast and down the deck toward the cockpit.

The water ballast usually fills in about 2 1/2 minutes but generally can be seen just below the air intake or where the drain bail plug adjacent to the wing nut which allows air to enter or escape. That hole is generally above the water line. Make sure to add some chorox or pool tablets into the tank to keep micro organisms from growing if you are going to leave the boat in the water for some time. Otherwise when you open the air intake.

Cleaning sails is not all that hard. I generally used a good dish detergent but you can also buy Davis Sail Bath which is good.
