Wheel Steering

Has anyone installed wheel steering on an H22?I'm in the process of doing it now. I hopeit's as good as it's price.Anyone have any negatives to wheel steering?Due to RA my wife can't steer with a tiller.I'm using a 20" Edson wheel and a pedestalunit with #60 chain I salvaged from a sixty footer.A certain company wanted $1500 for the (stock unit)I'm into salvaged parts now to $300. All I need noware the pulleys.

I hope to post pictures of bimini,wheel setup and cabin mods aound Mar/Apr assoon as I can start installing. (to bloody cold out right now to do anything)

I'm here in Florida! Went out on the 22 yesterday and had a nice breeze for a couple hours. Too bad I have to take a trip for the next 3 weeks. Look forward to seeing how it all turns out.
