Any 33.5 owners out there happen to know the diameter of the Edson steering wheel on this model? (mine is 1988) I need to know and the boat is 200 miles from here. Thanks.
Steve, Our 88 33.5 has the 36" too. Are you thinking of putting a leather wrap on it? If so, have you done any research as to good quality wheel wrap kits? I have seen them in the magazines but don't know if there is any diference.
Sorry, I don't have any experience with the leather wheel wraps. I'm having a pedestal cover made but the boat is 3 hrs away and I won't be getting up there for a few weeks.
order the leather to cover your wheel. You also need the diameter of the actual wheel stock be it 7/8 or 1" I am almost finished sewing one on my wheel. I would recomend getting the one that has the padding underneath..it makes for a real nice feel. I purchased ours at the boat show. The company is BoatLeather.
