Three days to process an order, no response to emails after two days, no way to get sales on the phone unless you have an extension number....Is it me or is this outfit not very service-oriented?

Turns out I got the part quickly but only when I ordered it through the automated system. They just don't seem to be up for answering questions from emails or phones so you have to know the part number you want. Still, not impressive to say the least so thanks for the alternatives!
Try Lakewood Yacht Sales in Houston/Seabrook, TX....Ask for Steve or Dennis in parts....they are no longer Westerbeke distributors officially but they have tons of Westerbeke parts available for immediate shipping and their prices are very good.
