What's the best way to remove & replace in-line air blower on B331 inside transom compartment

I've located the in-line air blower inside the B331 transom, bolted to just below the small aft facing access panel in the port lazarette. Looks like a challenge to reach in through the access, unhook the ducting and change out & rewire the new blower by feel. Would appreciate advice from folks that have already done this. Thanks!

I've figured out a way to remove the original blower and will make an improved & easily accessible mount for the new replacement unit. (I've made easily accessible panels throughout the B331 for several key systems). Thanks!
