What's in a Name?

Time to order my boat name graphics...

Folks- what is normal ( I know this is subjective :naughty: .)
My boat name font is larger than my hailing port font. How big is yours? 6"?

My boat name lettering is a bit fancier (slanted.)

Do you repeat the slanted effect exactly in the hailing port lettering or just keep the same font and make it less fancy or just plain?

BTW, I got Drifter painted today- not awful I must say- for a boat that was beat up badly- big thanks to my wife Cathy for ALL the help painting!

On all the documented boats I've seen, the hailing port is in straightup lettering. IIRC, it's covered on the CG documentation site, and shouldn't be "fancy" lettering.

Port should be 2" in block letters. Note, I said "should".
