Mine came with...
...pretty much the same setup-- A traveller that spans the cockpit right at the companionway, two small blocks on the side decks for the jib sheets, two winches for the jib sheets, and a winch mounted to the starboard side of the mast for the halyards. A previous owner added pad-eyes and a cam-cleat to lead the main halyard back to the cockpit, as well as a small block & tackle rig with S-hooks for a boom vang. I re-routed the jib halyard to exit from the base of the mast, and added pad-eyes and a cam cleat to lead the jib halyard to the cockpit, though I left the winch on the mast to aid in raising and lowering the mast. One of these years when I have $$ to burn, I'll buy deck organizers, a winch, and rope clutches... I don't currently use winches to raise my sails- and if I really need to tighten a halyard while underway, I can use a jibsheet winch (though this is a little hard on the cam cleats). I can take pictures, if anyone's interested... I'm doing a bit of work on the boat this weekend- I can always take the digital cam with me.--Jon BastienH23 '2 Sheets to the Wind'
