1979 hunter 27 When I got this boat it had a inboard penta that was a good mooring .. a solid block of rust . so I pulled it out with the intention of replacing it with a yanmar .That fell thru so I went out board .. NOT A GOOD MOVE with the currents around here . I just picked up a MD2 the data plate says T4879 which I think is the engines birth date so to speak . Problem is NO transmission . So I am lost .... What transmission goes with a MD2 My boat is a 1979 also so it looks like everything will match up there but I must have a drive train can anyone help me .. thank you
