What states do not sell gas with ethanol

I understand that some states do not put ethanol in gas yet.It would be worth the trip to get a few gallons for my outboard, depending on the location.Does Pennsylvania use ethanol?

State of Alabama and gas with ethanol

I'm not sure how many gas stations sell gasoline with ethanol in Alabama, if any. However, as far as I know there is no State of Alabama requirement to sell gasoline with ethanol. While there may be some, I do not know of one gasoline station that sells gasoline with ethanol.
