What make is this roller furling jib

Can anyone identify what make this roller furling is, I am looking for a manual for it.

Looks like an ancient Hood SeaFurl. But the top is funky.

this is what an old seful by hood looks like ......what is that company in Homer New York that makes furlers it may be one of theirs from the stone age
