What kind of boat is this?

I saw this boat on craigslist listed as a 26' sailboat. My question is: what kind of boat is it and if it's 26', why is it on a single axle trailer? I'm looking for a trailer for a C-25 swing keel and I saw this boat so I was curious if the trailer would be adequate. I just can't imagine any single axle trailer rated for 4,500#??? Am I missing something?

The guy wants $700 for the boat and trailer but I just need the trailer. Thanks!

Got it. It appears to be a Luger 26. I see why it's so light, it's a kit boat and there's no way that trailer would carry a C-25. Thanks for your help!
