Hello all....
Just finished first project of spring and replaced all control cables, bearings, break and wire/chain for the steeling (Edson pedistol). When taking my throttle cable off there was a clamp on the cable (see photo). What is this???? My thought was that by tightening this it squeezes the outside sheeth onto the cable so that throttle does not "throttle down" on its own, but I'm not sure.
btw the throttle is in fact throttling down when I push in full and let go... spings back to "lower" which it never has done.
Thanks
