Hey sailor mates this is on my newly bought 84 Hunter 31.
Before I remove it or I may want to use it does anyone know what it is and what it’s for.
I don’t see any markings?

Yup.. Kinda like the lower part of this. May have been used for a flag holder? The other piece os probably in a locker somewhere?
