My BIL & I have just bought a 1978 Catalina 30 MkI. We're trying to figure out what the capped port/knob is near the floor below the sink. TIA!
What is this port in the Galley Sole?

Yes, a foot pump for the galley. Mine is plumbed to saltwater and saves us a ton of fresh water. I wouldn't cruise without it and I can plumb it to the fresh water tanks if the 12V pump quits.
