What is this called???

I have a Catalina 27, in the cockpit back rests there are holes in which I and I assume we all store the sheets other loose cockpit stuff. Mine have cracked on the bottom and they leak into the aft births. I need to replace these but I do not know what I am asking for..... What are these things called, were can I get them, and how does everybody else keep water from collecting in these or are mine installed incorectly.ThanksSkipCat 27 "Kid Napper"

Drain

There also should be a drain hole, so that water doesn't collect in the coaming boxes. Make sure your's isn't clogged. I also keep mine covered with snap-on Sunbrella covers to keep the rain out.
