I have a 1995 H26 and pulled my VHF coaxial connector off the wire when I lowered the mast (bet I don't do that again). Anyway, I'm looking for a new connector, but need to know the size of the wire to order one. All I can see on the wire is AGM 354. That doesn't match anything. It looks like the original wire. Can anyone tell me the size of the wire on their H26? Also, I'm looking for a deck mounted 3-pin connector for the mast lights - found 2 and 4, but no 3. Appreciate it!

Most frequent answer to this common question is contact Hunter. I just changed the whole thing to a 4 pin from WM. Fits in the same hole.

coax

don't know what agm354 is other than a brand name perhaps. The coax is either RG 58, 8, or 213, the latter two being approx one half inch diameter while the RG58 is smaller. The connector (PL259) is standard for all three, the only difference being the adaptor sold seperately.

trolling motor connectors

I also did the wm 4 pin connector, but that was before I saw a male and female 3 pin connector for trolling motors at a chandlery in Bellingham Wa, I could see it would adapt perfectly, and a much nicer weather tight boot

Thanks

I ordered a 4-pin model before the offers of a 3-pin. My rationalization now is maybe sometime in the future I'll be adding spreader lights... On the coax, I'm gonna replace the current wire with 8X and use new connectors. The old stuff is starting to corrode anyway. Thanks for your posts, guys.
