This used to be a great forum. Where did everyone and all the articles go?

Still a great forum

I think that this forum is still a great place. I really don't know what you are referring to, this is a great place for asking questions, striking up interesting sailing/boat maintenece related conversations and helping people with ideas and solutions to boating problems. I turn to this forum numerous times daily for ideas on how to improve my boat and to offer any ideas to others in need of help. I have been viewing this website and using this forum for about a year now, and I do not think that it has lost anything along the way. I guess you get an occasional non-sailing related question, which personally I am not usually interested in as I come here for the sailing information, but if it strikes up conversation between sailors then obviously others are enjoying it and thats cool with me. My point is, I enjoy the site.... :)

just this sub-forum

Yeah, this web site is fantastic. I've received some great info in here overall. I meant this Destinations forum. It used to be packed with all the kewl places people were interested in going, have been etc. Now there is rarely anything in here. As for sailing, we all should be doing more sailing, it is the job-thing that is slowing me down. At least I make it out once a week and several weeks per year on cruises. Not too bad for a working dude with serious cash issues, not enough.... Guess that is the price I have to pay for owning a fleet of boats, living on the water and sailing/motor boating with what ever boat suits the weather that day/week. Yeah, I'll stay cash poor and boat rich, who needs a retirement fund anyway?

What 401k?

Heck, all you need is enough money for food, beer, and bottom paint anyway...
