What equipment would I have to add to my "stock" 95 Hunter 26 to use an asymmetrical spinnaker? I do have roller furling thus the original jib halyard is not used.

I don't know what is standard equipment. All you need is a halyard, preferablly above the headstay, a sheet and a block to run it through. Go for it.

Spinnaker After Market equipment

Marv, I'm not sure what came "stock" with your new boat but it is not complicated to set up any boat for an asymmetrical kite. Basically you need a halyard to hoist the sail(which is inside the spinnaker sock),a place to attach the tack line at the bow, and a couple of sheets. The sheets should each be twice the length of the boat and need to be led thru blocks near the stern and then lead to a winch . Bill Colombo, Doyle SF
