What does "AC in fault overtime" mean?

That phrase showed on my electrical panel (with a green light next to it) on my 2000 Hunter 42' sloop. I have had problems possibly w/ my inverter and so let open air circulate around it while sailing and the the light and phrase went away. Any help appreciated.

Can’t help but note that’s the most useless indefinite warning I’ve ever seen. Why manufacturers do that is disappointing.
