Sorry I don't have pics, but this just hit me last night In my sleep!!!!
Yanmar 2qm15 engine, it has 2 rubber tubes , one on both sides and they both come down just short of engine tray. What are hoses for?
Secondly: I am constantly pumping water out from under engine, and the little galley where the shaft goes thru hull. I lifted rear lazarette and looking down I saw water so I pumped that dry as I could, went below pumped under engine dry and hours later there was more water under engine!!!?$&@
Boat is on the hard and has been for some time, water tank is dry, bilge is dry, but under engine keeps getting wet. Water trapped between liner???? I don't know looking for answers and solutions

Not sure where the water is coming from but the two hoses are likely block drin hoses. Follow them and I am sure you will see a couple of petcock valves.

Adding a few more more details to Sailvayu's comments, may drain either sea water (from the heat exchanger) or antifreeze from the block.

Ok , antifreeze from the block, so am I to drain them before running engine? If so what keeps engine cool while running? The antifreeze in block or the water being sucked in thru impeller

Pretty sure they are block drains so that the engine can be winterized. That is most likely a raw water cooled engine without a heat exchanger. The drains allow seawater to be drained from the block and head prior to installing antifreeze for the winter. The engine is cooled by seawater passing through the block and head then going overboard with the exhaust. Just make sure they are closed when ya go into the water

Wayne and others are correct. They are drain hoses and should be connected to petcocks on the block. Your engine, if correctly described, is not fresh water cooled so if the petcocks are leaking what you should be seeing is salt water that was intake from the last time the engine was run [assuming you don't drain before winter]. The other area where you are apparently seeing water sounds like the stuffing box. If that needs replacing you can redo what you have or go to a dripless set up.

WAter is probably rainwater that is slowly migrating .. Hard to imagine that anything else could be trickling in while boat is sitting there on the stands. I would look closely at things like the companionway trim that holds the boards.. any port close by.. doesn't have to be directly above the engine box.
