Has anyone had any experience using the 12 volt vacuum sold by West Marine? Specifically, does it do a good job of cleaning and how does it compare with dedicated air pumps for inflating inflatable tenders?

I had one a while back. Very weak. I use a rechargeable Dustbuster type hand-held now for general cleanup in the cabin areas. I recharge it with a small inverter when I'm away from dock power. I have a small 12V blower for the dingy.
