I had recently read that this is good for cleaning life-lines, and it is. After cleaning apply a coat of wax on the lines. You would want to use this sparingly, but it works great on bird dropping stains, and is the only thing that has cleaned my rub rail. After using rinse heavily, as it will take any wax right off. You can get it at any store that sells auto cleaning supplies. John J

I'd dilute it heavily...

...because it's fairly powerful stuff. But that sounds like a good idea. I'd forgotten about that product, as my current car doesn't have whitewalls for me to scrub. It worked wonders on them, though.
