Cut into the headliner of our 37c today to get access for bolts and backing for midship cleat. I knew there was a lip on the headliner, cause a leak in the staysail traveler ran all the way back to the cockpit locker. Amazing, the lip is an inch tall and the headliner thick solid glass

One thing I have found out while renovating my H30 is these Cherubini's are built like tanks. I heard a lot of bad mouthing about Hunter build quality but these things are impressive imo.

Could you give us a little more detail on the "lip" please Bill? Not quite sure where it is or in which direction it runs. Perhaps a photo of the surgery?
