Click to expand Do you have a panel if so are there any indicators? If not, I would start with the fuel filter, if you have one. After that, make sure it's getting fuel, then glow plug. Do you have the manual for the Webasto 3500? James L

The unit is quite simple really.......works just like a kerosene turbo heater with an added plenum chamber. Not too much to go wrong. Also check out the thread, they say running on low will soot up the combustion chamber, which seems to be quite normal. James L
