Bonheur Sold

It seems this boat sold earlier this year down in SW Florida. I believe the list price was around 39K. This boat was about as close to perfect as you can get for a 30 year old boat. Others listed online have been in the low 30's to high 20's, are those boats over priced or was this one the deal of the century?

I figure if you are going to have a boat you need to just love it, don't even think about the resale value.

I figure our HC 37C has adsorbed about $100,000 over the last 14 years, nearly half of which went on docking fees and less than a third of that was the purchase price.

What you do want to avoid is laying out for a boat that has so many problems you can't even use it.
